In the event of a Catastrophic claim, Current Members will provide the details of the loss including location, type of loss (example: flood, fire, ice or snow storm) the date and time.
The adjuster will ensure the appropriate expertise is sent to the loss location. Adjusters, in turn, will contact OMEX staff with the applicable details.
